Invisible Theft Protection.
Ziply is a discreet anti-theft alarm that mounts inside your bag and
arms itself automatically when you close the zipper. If anyone opens
your bag while Ziply is armed, it sounds a loud built-in alarm and
sends an alert to your paired phone via Bluetooth. Disarm it
contactlessly with a mini NFC sticker — no buttons, keys, passwords,
or combinations needed.
Ziply V1 is available to pre-order for $45 plus $8.00 shipping. The planned retail price after launch is $75.
How Ziply works

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I disarm Ziply?
Hold your authorized mini NFC sticker near Ziply from the outside of
your bag before opening it. The sticker is small enough to attach
discreetly to the underside of a watch, a bracelet, or another item
you already carry. Ziply disarms contactlessly with no buttons, keys,
passwords, or combinations. After the zipper returns to its secured
position, Ziply automatically rearms.
How do I receive alerts?
If your bag is opened while Ziply is armed, Ziply sounds its
built-in alarm and sends an alert to your paired phone through
Bluetooth. Your phone must be nearby and connected to receive the
notification, but Ziply's built-in alarm can still activate without
your phone.
Is Ziply difficult to install?
No. Ziply includes three interchangeable mounting options: a magnetic
clip, a standard clip, and a fabric-safe adhesive mount. Choose the
option that works best for your bag. The Ziply unit magnetically
docks onto the selected mount and releases with a simple twist,
making installation and transfer quick and straightforward.
Is Ziply compatible with my bag?
Ziply is designed for most backpacks, purses, luggage, and other
zipper-based bags. Its three interchangeable mounting options allow
it to work with different bag styles and materials. Ziply is
extremely small, approximately the size of two thumbs side by side,
so it can remain discreetly mounted inside your bag.
What makes Ziply better than a bag lock?
A traditional bag lock physically blocks the zipper but requires a
key, combination, or extra step every time you open your bag. Ziply
stays discreet, disarms contactlessly, and alerts you when your bag
is opened while armed. It does not physically lock the zipper.
Instead, it provides convenient everyday protection without making
your bag harder to access or noticeably changing its appearance.
Is Ziply removable?
Yes. The Ziply unit magnetically docks onto its mount and releases
with a simple twist. You can move it between the magnetic clip,
standard clip, and adhesive mount, or transfer it to another
compatible bag. The mounting options are interchangeable, so you do
not need a separate Ziply unit for each bag.
How much does Ziply cost?
Ziply V1 is available to pre-order now for $45 plus $8.00 shipping. The planned retail price after launch is $75.
Is Ziply battery operated?
Yes. Ziply uses a rechargeable internal battery designed to last
approximately three months per charge under normal use. It charges
through USB-C, so disposable batteries are not required. The paired
app displays the remaining battery level.
